| ILLNESS/DEATH Prior to 2007, I have been able to offer an illness/death warranty to replace any rabbit purchased from me that became ill or died after purchase. I believed there to be no reason that a purchase from my rabbitry would result in such an outcome to not offer such a warranty. While in attendance to a rabbit show in 2007, it was witnessed that animals on the judging table were disqualified from competition for having signs of illness. I have no reason to not believe that the continuation of affected animals are being brought to shows/exhibitions. I can no longer offer an illness/death warranty on rabbits that have been exposed to other (potentially ill) rabbits at shows/exhibitions. |
| AGGRESSIVENESS All rabbits purchased from me come with a 30 day guarantee on their temperment. Does not apply to any pre-disclosed temperment issue that I am aware of. Any temperment change in any individual rabbit due to abuse, illness, injury, aggressive behavior from being unbred and coming of breeding age, pregnancy or does(females) with kits are exempt. |
| NO WARRANTY ON There is no warranty offerred on the quality of a rabbit. I will honestly acknowledge the good, bad, and ugly of each rabbit as I may or may not know it. Rabbits with known disqualifications are always pointed out in advanced, and are priced in accordance. Buyers are encouraged to examine the rabbit themselves before purchasing. Juniors are AS IS. There is no guarantee on the sex, the reproduction capabilities, or show promise of any rabbit purchased from me before the age of 4 months. Juniors, and some seniors in some breeds can take up to a year or longer to show their mature qualities. I encourage you to buy a senior, or older Junior if you are unsure of what qualities you are looking for. I prefer to wean my babies around 6 weeks old and keep them for a week or two after to ensure their digestive systems are adjusting to the change from a liquid to solid diet. If you wish to purchase a rabbit (including placing a deposit on) between the 6-8 week age, I will NOT offer any type of warranty at this age. |
| MISCELLANEOUS If for any reason you can no longer care for your rabbit purchased from me, or can not find a home yourself for him/her, I will take back the rabbit. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES. In taking back the rabbit: the cage, toys, feeding dishes, original feed and any other items that will assist me in finding an appropiate home for the rabbit is required to come with. All warranties/conditions are void on animals returned or animals given away. |
| SHIPPING Once again, shipping is no longer available from me. I will work with any of the ground tranportation companies listed on my shipping page of your choice, or any other if you like that will make all pick/delivery arrangements. I do not have a local airport or means of transport other than door to door pick up services at this time. Delivery to a local rabbit show I am attending is at no extra charge. |
| PRICING I price my animals using many factors. Including, but not limited to breed, temperament, color, show quality, show wins, breeding quality, quality of offspring, bloodlines, etc. Rising feed costs now also have affect on the pricing of rabbits! It costs just as much to feed a for sale "pet" rabbit as it does a show quality animal. Most animals have asking prices and I will consider any offer made on for sale animals. I would rather see my animals in a loving pet home or a breeding program than just sitting in my barn begging for my attention! Prices to expect: Rabbits under 6 months of age - $50 and up Rabbits over 6 months of age, show or breeding quality - $75 and up Rabbits over 6 monhts of age, not ideal for show or breeding - under $50 |
