| Please be sure to dress accordingly to the weather. My barn is NOT temperature controlled. In wintertime, dress warm!! During the Spring Thaw or rain, be prepared for mud. I have rabbits located in 2 barns, and in outside hutches. Be advised to wear sturdy shoes to walk over uneven ground to them, if neccessary. |

| THE FINE PRINT!! Due to bad dealings in the past I DO NOT accept personal checks. Rabbits can be held with a NON REFUNDABLE, minimum 50% deposit of the cost of the rabbit, for a 2 week time frame. Deposit is to be received within 7 days of verbal aggreement or sale will be void. What does placing a deposit mean?? Placing a deposit is your commitment to the purchasing and pick up of said animals within the agreed time frame. The deposit assures that I will care for, house and not sell "your" rabbit(s) for you until you can pick up. If for any reason you no longer want the rabbit(s) at this time, they will immediately go up for sale to the next interested buyer and all deposits will be forfeit. If you need a longer time than 2 weeks to schedule rabbit pick up, I will house rabbits for you for $2.00 a day, per rabbit, for an agreed upon extended time frame. My goal is to place my animals in loving homes and to not be taken advantage of while doing so. Help me offer you the best quality animals at reasonable prices by following through with your end of the deal. Changes, additions and substitutions to THE FINE PRINT can and will be made at any time. |

| PRICING; PET vs SHOW/BREEDING STOCK I am not a pet store, pet breeder or pet dealer. I do not sell to pet stores or strive for "pet quality" rabbits to be sold for pet homes only. I primarily breed and show rabbits as a hobby, with the goal of breeding toward a Standard of Perfection as set by the breed for exhibition purpose. My rabbits are purebred, pedigreed stock worthy of exhibition or a promising breeding program. I price my animals based on breed, temperament, color, show quality, show wins, breeding quality, quality of offspring, bloodlines and/or most importantly now, the rising costs of FEED!!! It costs just as much to raise a "pet" rabbit as does a show/breeding quality one. Prices to expect in any breed I raise (for pet, show or breeding) Rabbits under 6 months of age - $50 and up Rabbits over 6 months of age, promising show or breeding quality - $75 and up Rabbits over 6 months of age, not ideal for show or breeding - under $50 *Rabbits sold as pets or not deemed worthy for show or breeding by me, DO NOT come with a pedigree. |
