| Total rabbit purchase price $___________ A minimum 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold above described animals, for 2 weeks (from above date), deposit totaling $_____________ IF A 2 WEEK TIME FRAME TO PICK UP PURCHASED ANIMALS IS NOT POSSIBLE, AN AGREED UPON LATER DATE CAN BE MADE WITH A $2.00 A DAY, PER RABBIT CHARGE TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF PICK UP. If Buyer fails to complete the transaction by refusing to pay all fees in full and/or failure to pick up purchased animals within reasonable time frame, Seller will have the right to immediately terminate the sale and refuse return of all deposits or advance payments. As does Seller hold the right to refuse any and all dealing at any time Buyer does not comply with any of the terms within this agreement. Rabbit(s) that become ill/die before before pick up will be offered similiar replacement(s) to choose from of breeder's choice. If no other animal is available, then a refund will be given. If replacement is refused, then deposit is non refundable and all transactions are final. Deposits placed on babies before 8 weeks old are invalid to replacement or refund. No guarentee or warranty is offered at this unpredictable age. |
